Guest speaker Dr. Kathy Beal, friend…

Guest Speaker: Dr. Kathy Beal

Sunday, September 21st at LifeHouse Church

We are honored to welcome Dr. Kathy Beal as our guest speaker!

Kathy and her husband Bruce make their home in North Carolina, but their friendship with us has spanned nearly three decades. Over those years, we’ve served many years together on ministry teams, and they have deeply poured into our lives and marriage as trusted friends. Kathy leads and teaches with insight and wisdom, including dream interpretation, and has ministered across nations and in many different settings. She has also been instrumental in raising up and developing prophetic ministry teams, bringing both encouragement and clarity to the body of Christ.

In addition to her spiritual impact, Kathy brings a wealth of professional expertise. She holds a doctorate in education and has over 10 years of experience as an educator, instructional designer, and leader in professional development. She has trained and equipped leaders, written national grants, and spoken at conferences across the U.S. and internationally.

Kathy carries a unique gift of combining her deep love for the Spirit and community of God with her ability to teach, inspire, and empower others. We know you will be blessed by her wisdom, her passion, and the servant heart she brings to LifeHouse.

Make plans to join us on September 21st for this special Sunday!

To be Perfect! - Andrew Harrington

"At LifeHouse Church, we want to be the first house people run to every time…

This Sunday at LifeHouse – Guest Speaker Andrew Harrington

“To be perfect, even as your Heavenly Father is perfect.” – Matthew 5:48

This Sunday, we’re thrilled to welcome our very own Andrew Harrington to the LifeHouse pulpit. Andrew will be unpacking a challenging verse in Scripture—a call to perfection that has often led many into the trap of performance pressure and religious anxiety.

How do we reconcile this call without falling into striving?
How do we measure growth without turning it into a burden?

Andrew will guide us through the truth that Jesus is the only perfect One, and yet He still calls us into a journey of spiritual maturity, not self-made perfection. We’ll explore how the goal is connection over performance, and how the Holy Spirit empowers us to grow from the inside out.

Don’t miss this powerful and timely word.
Bring someone with you—a neighbor, a friend, or a family member who needs encouragement and grace.

"At LifeHouse Church, we want to be the first house people run to every time—when life gets hard, when battles rage, when questions rise. Why? Because this is where truth is preached, hope is found, and people are equipped to stand firm.

In Week 3 of our Battle Ready series, we explored what it truly means to be Spirit Strong—not just filled with the Spirit for personal growth, but empowered to carry out Jesus’ mission in the world around us.

Drawing from Luke 10, Pastor Doug taught that being “Battle Ready” means stepping into our Kingdom mandate as followers of Jesus:

  • Go where God sends you

  • Heal the sick and broken

  • Proclaim the nearness of God’s Kingdom

Jesus didn’t just instruct the 72 disciples to talk about the Kingdom—He sent them out to demonstrate it with Spirit-led authority and compassion.

“The Kingdom of God is not just a message we carry—it’s a reality we reveal.”

This week, we were reminded that the Holy Spirit isn’t given for survival, but for impact. We’re not called to hide from darkness—we’re sent to bring light.

Before the cross, before the tomb—Jesus lived with divine intention. Every moment of His life was purposeful, powerful, and filled with love. In The Life, we’ll discover that Jesus wasn’t a victim of circumstance—He was a Savior on a mission. His suffering wasn’t accidental—it was ordained. And His life wasn’t just inspirational—it was transformational.

With a powerful reflection on the suffering of Jesus through the lens of the cross and Auschwitz, this message invites us to move beyond the question of who killed Jesus to the far more important question—why He chose to die.

Come experience the awe of His purpose, the depth of His love, and the life He offers to all who believe.

We saw how true repentance brings renewal, and how God's mercy is greater than we expect. At LifeHouse, we’re called to be the first house people run to every time—just like Nineveh ran to God’s mercy!

“Swallowed by Mercy” - Jonah’s journey with God Pt. 2 -Repenting

Be the first house that people run to every time.

Come join us at LifeHouse Church this weekend as we continue our Journey through Jonah.

"When we find ourselves in the depths of despair, whether by our own rebellion or life's storms, repentance is more than regret—it is a wholehearted turning back to the mercy of God. Jonah’s prayer from the belly of the great fish shows that even in our lowest moments, when we feel trapped by the consequences of our disobedience, God hears our cry. His mercy is not just a lifeline but a transformative power that lifts us from the pit and redirects us to His purpose. True repentance is not just about being sorry for where we have been, but surrendering to where God wants to take us next.

Jonah’s prayer in the belly of the fish changed everything. Maybe yours will too. Join us at LifeHouse Church!”
